We were amazed from the time we stepped inside the cabin. Although this was the first cabin we rented this small it outshined the rest. It didnt have the amenities like hot tub or game room (which we knew) but quite honestly everything it did have worked!
Up to and including every single light bulb inside and outside! That is paying attention to detail in our opinion. The thing we noticed right off as soon as we walked in the front door was the cleanliness, no filthy windows that you cant see out of, no filthy floors to walk on, no greasy kitchen, everything was exceptionally clean. We cant wait to come back, and we will use ABOVE THE REST!!!!!

Above The Rest staff are always very friendly and fun to converse with. They willing answer any questions and address concerns quickly. They make sure everything is okay upon your arrival and before leaving. Staying in one of there cabins has always been a hassle free experience.

Among The Stars cabin is tuck well off the main roads to guarantee a quite and relaxing getaway. There are other cabins in the area but not stacked on top of each other like some we have rented. The amenities are very simple which is great for just relaxing. Watching the deer was a highlight. Just an all around pleasant retreat. The cabin was clean and extremely cozy. The cabin is located in a remote area which provides for a quiet and relaxing visit. The only slight down side is the last couple of miles are one lane dirt roads. But that makes getting away from the hustle and bustle even better.
